Commercial Office Buildings at Rosedale & Stinson

The Hodge Development at Rosedale & Stinson is a commercial office space located at the intersection of Stinson Avenue and Rosedale Street NW in Gig Harbor. The project involved developing the undeveloped lot into two split-level office buildings along with parking, stormwater, sewer, water, and other dry utilities to serve the site. Frontage improvements along both Rosedale Street and Stinson were required which consisted of sidewalk replacement, driveway approach modifications, ADA ramp reconstruction, pavement overlay and pavement repairs, traffic control, temporary erosion and sediment control measures, and landscape and surface restoration.
