Fox Run - Residential Community

A neighborhood of new homes at Fox Run in Gig Harbor offers an array of options for new homebuyers. This community is right in the heart of Gig Harbor. One single family residence was constructed on each of the new lots created from the Fox Run Plat. On-site impervious surface area runoff was collected and conveyed to the detention pond built as part of the Fox Run Plat. Contour Engineering also provided a Construction Pollution Prevention Plan accompanied by residential on-site storm drainage plans for the proposed construction of these single family homes.
