Frederickson Pacific Industrial Site 

This project involves the development of approximately 260 acres of industrial properties in Frederickson into an industrial complex with ‘pad ready’ industrial lots. It includes extensive road and utility corridors throughout with stormwater facilities, a railroad crossing, and public roadway intersection reconfiguration.

Contour’s tasks include the Land Surveying, Civil Engineering and Land Use Entitlement work for the entire project. Included in this project was an extensive wetland mitigation plan that Contour engineered along with the client’s consultants. The plan included hydrologic analysis to support the subject wetland mitigation as well as a lengthy downstream conveyance system leading to a regional stormwater infiltration facility for the development. All permitting was coordinated through Contour.
