Bear Creek Mixed Use Development

The Bear Creek Mixed-Use Development in the City of Redmond, named Radiate, consists of mixed-use buildings containing mostly residential space, but also includes live work units and retail. The building has common below grade parking levels with two vertical structures, one to the west and one to the east. Each of these vertical structures has 5 stories of apartments over a ground level floor mixed with live work units, retail, amenities and parking. The project involved new curb and gutter, sidewalks, street trees and street lighting along frontage, asphalt paving, utility trenching/installation, concrete pouring, de-watering, clearing, demolition of existing structures, and mass grading.
